Why doesn't my username and password work?

You might be trying to log in with a different product account.  Each rewards product you have with Capital One (Credit Card, Money Market, Checking) requires its own username and password combination.  If you're looking for Credit Card Rewards, go to the Credit Card servicing site and use the Explore Rewards link.  Rewards Money Market and Rewards Checking accounts can use this rewards page to enroll and login to those rewards accounts.

Which rewards accounts can I access from this page?

You can reach your Rewards Money Market and Rewards Checking accounts.  If you are trying to access your Rewards Credit Card account instead, log in or register on our Credit Card servicing site and use the Explore Rewards link.

I have enrolled my Rewards Money Market and/or Rewards Checking account using this page.  Why doesn't my password work?

Make sure you're entering your password with proper formatting.  Our password guidelines are:

  • Must be at least 8 characters and no more than 12 characters
  • Must include at least one letter
  • Must include at least one numeric digit
  • Can not contain any special characters
  • Is case sensitive

If this is your first visit to the rewards page since June 10, 2010, you'll need to re-enroll.

What information will I need to enroll my Rewards Checking or Rewards Money Market account for online servicing?

It's easy to enroll your Rewards Checking or Rewards Money Market account for online servicing.  Just include:

  1. The account number (found on your statement or on the bottom of your checks).  This is NOT your debit card number.
  2. The date of birth of the primary account holder.
  3. The last 4 digits of the Social Security Number of the primary account holder.
  4. The 5-digit zip code of the physical address on file for the account.

Why should I enroll my Rewards Money Market or Rewards Checking account for online servicing?

Because you'll benefit from your rewards account even more!  Enroll online to:

  1. Explore all of your options for redeeming your rewards.
  2. Discover ways to earn even more rewards and get the items you want even faster.
  3. View and track your rewards balance, earning history, and redemption history.
  4. Transfer rewards to other accounts quickly and easily.
  5. Learn all about your rewards program and how to make the most of it.

Why am I getting an "account not found" message?

You might be trying to register a different product, as this page only registers Rewards Money Market or Rewards Checking accounts.  To access your Rewards Credit Card account, login or register on our Credit Card servicing site and use the Explore Rewards link.  If you are trying to enroll a Rewards Money Market or Rewards Checking account, see "What information will I need to enroll" to make sure you have the required information.

Why am I being asked to provide security questions and answers?

Your online security is a top priority for us.  We will periodically use the questions and answers you provide to verify your identity at login.

Why is this login different than my Credit Card Rewards login?

You can access Credit Card rewards programs with a single username and password, and we're working on this capability for Money Market and Checking accounts (including rewards).  We'll notify you via this login page when the feature is ready, so check back soon!

What do I do if I have forgotten my username or password?

Just reset your password with the Forgot Login Information link.

How do I log in to my Credit Card Rewards account?

You can access your Rewards Credit Card account at www.capitalone.com.
